These 3 materials are designed for low-temperature service, and they are often used together in cryogenic and cold service pipeline systems.

ASTM A420 WPL6 Elbow Heat Treatment

All fittings shall be furnished in the normalized, normalized and tempered, annealed, or quenched and tempered condition. All welding shall be completed prior to the austenitizing heat treatment.
