ASTM B446 UNS N06625 Round Bar Manufacturer and exporter

INCONEL® nickel-chromium alloy 625 (UNS N06625/W.Nr. 2.4856) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with reduced carbon content.
In addition, NO6625 (Inconel625) provides excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice and intergranular corrosion, as well as alkaline solutions and organic and inorganic acids such as nitric, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
NO6625 (Inconel625) also has good high-temperature strength and is insensitive to chlorine-induced stress corrosion cracking

Inconel 625 alloy is a solution-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements, which has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, good tensile properties and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980°C, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere.

Why Inconel 625?

Character of N06625

Because Inconel 625 alloy still has high mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance when working at high temperatures of 600~900 °C, it is widely used in the piping system of gas turbine engines, nuclear power equipment, chemical plant hardware, and seawater special equipment, and is a manufacturing material for industrial hot-end components such as aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy, petroleum, and chemical industry.

High Temperature Strength: Inconel 625 alloy exhibits excellent strength and toughness in high temperature environments, making it suitable for high temperature and high pressure industrial applications.

Corrosion Resistance: Inconel 625 alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, salt water, seawater, and oxidizing gases.

Oxidation resistance: Alloy 625 can form a dense oxide layer, which effectively prevents oxygen from penetrating into the inside of the alloy, thereby protecting the matrix material from oxidative damage.
Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: Inconel 625 alloy is resistant to stress corrosion cracking and is suitable for use in stress-affected high-temperature environments.

Creep resistance: Inconel 625 alloy exhibits good creep resistance at high temperatures and stresses, making it more reliable in high-temperature applications
