Both Inconel 600 and Inconel 625 are nickel-based alloys with characteristics such as high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and heat resistance. They have similar performance and applications in many ways, but there are some differences.
In this page, you would find the common and difference between N06600 and N06625 Materials
Charaters in common.
All are nickel-based alloys that contain a high proportion of nickel.
Both grade have good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of many acidic and alkaline media.
Both Inconel 600 and 625 have excellent high-temperature performance and can withstand stress in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Inconel 600
Inconel 600 is a non-magnetic, nickel-based superalloy that offers an excellent combination of high strength, hot and cold workability, and resistance to common corrosion. Inconel 600 also exhibits good heat resistance and is free from aging or stress corrosion over the entire range of annealed to heavy cold working conditions. Inconel Pipe, Inconel 600 Plate, Inconel 600 Pipes, Inconel 600 Tubes, Inconel 600 Fittings, Inconel 600 Flange are mainly required in Inconel 600 materials

Inconel 625
Inconel 625 is a nickel-based alloy that is widely used due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and high strength properties. Its main components include nickel (about 58%), chromium (about 15-21%), molybdenum (about 7-10%), and trace elements such as iron, manganese, silicon, and copper.
Characteristics of Inconel 625
High temperature resistance: Inconel 625 is able to operate at temperatures up to 980°C for long periods of time and has good thermal stability.
Corrosion Resistance: Inconel625 exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of corrosive environments, including seawater, chemicals, etc.
Abrasion resistance: Due to its high hardness and good wear resistance, Inconel 625 is suitable for applications with severe abrasion.
High strength: Inconel 625 retains high strength even at high temperatures.
