PTFE Coated Stud Bolt Manufacturer | Corrosion-Resistant Fasteners
We are a PTFE coated stud bolt manufacturer with proven expertise and global supply capabilities We specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-performance PTFE (Teflon) coated stud bolts engineered for offshore corrosion resistance, durability, and performance.
What Are PTFE Coated Stud Bolts?
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) coated stud bolts are threaded fasteners treated with a non-stick, anti-corrosive Teflon coating. This fluoropolymer coating protects against corrosion, galling, chemical exposure, and extreme temperatures—making these fasteners ideal for offshore, chemical, marine, and industrial applications.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating, commonly known as Teflon®, is a high-performance fluoropolymer coating renowned for its exceptional chemical stability, thermal resistance, and non-stick properties.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, and has numerous applications because it is chemically inert. The commonly known brand name of PTFE-based composition is Teflon by Chemours, a spin-off from DuPont, which originally invented the compound in 1938.
Teflon Coating is actually the same as PTFE coating, and it is a synthetic fluoropolymer coating for owest coefficient of friction and anti-rust/anti-corrosion/Corrosion Resistance purpose.
PTFE coatings have the lowest coefficient of friction & highest temperature resistance at 500°F and a melting point of 627°F. They also offer good abrasion & chemical resistance and can be applied to aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel.
Our PTFE coating ensures:
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Low friction & easy installation
- Superior protection in saltwater and corrosive environments
- Temperature resistance up to 260°C (500°F)

Teflon Coating vs PTFE Coating — What’s the Difference?
Teflon is a brand name, a registered trademark (Teflon ®) owned by Chemours (formally DuPont),while PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is the chemical name of the material. All Teflon coatings are made from PTFE or related fluoropolymers — but not all PTFE coatings are branded as Teflon.
In the actual practice, when people talk about the Teflon Coating on the stud bolts,it refer to PTFE Coatings
