Size Range: ½” to 48” (DN15–DN1200)
Pressure Rating: Class 150 to 2500
Standard: ASME B16.5 / ASME B16.47 / EN 1092-1 / MSS SP-44

Chemical Composition (ASTM A182 F321)

ElementContent (%)
Carbon (C)≤ 0.08
Manganese (Mn)≤ 2.00
Silicon (Si)≤ 1.00
Phosphorus (P)≤ 0.045
Sulfur (S)≤ 0.030
Chromium (Cr)17.0 – 19.0
Nickel (Ni)9.0 – 12.0
Titanium (Ti)≥ 5 × C% – ≤ 0.70

The Titanium addition in 321 prevents carbide precipitation during welding or high-temperature exposure, maintaining excellent corrosion resistance.

Difference between A182 F321 and ASTM F321H

Both A182 F321 and A182 F321H are titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steels based on Type 304 stainless steel, but stabilized with titanium (Ti) to prevent carbide precipitation during welding and high-temperature exposure.

The main difference lies in their carbon content and intended service temperature.

The “H” in F321H stands for High Carbon, meaning it contains more carbon (0.04–0.10%) than F321 (max 0.08%).

F321H performs better under high temperature and high stress (creep) conditions — making it preferred for pressure vessels, heaters, and reformer tubes.

ASTM A182 F321 Flanges Manufacturing & Testing

All flanges are forged, heat-treated, and machined in-house to ensure high dimensional accuracy and performance.
Testing includes:

  • Visual & dimensional inspection
  • PMI (Positive Material Identification)
  • UT / RT / PT / MT NDT tests
  • Hydrostatic testing on request
  • Surface finish: Pickled, polished, or machined
