EN 1092-1 type 11 Flange Type

EN 1092-1 Type 11 Weld Neck Flanges (also called welding neck flanges ) are designed for butt-welding directly to pipe, creating a strong, permanent connection. The long, tapered neck efficiently transfers stress from the pipe to the flange, reducing stress concentration — perfect for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Flange Size Range

✅ Nominal Size (DN): 15 (1/2″) — 2000 (80″)
✅ Flange Thickness: 16–60 mm (depending on pressure class and size)
✅ Flange Facing: raised face (Type B) (standard) or flat face (Type A) upon request
✅ Flange Drilling: to EN 1092-1 standard (with standard number of holes, P.C.D, hole size)
